Terms and Conditions The following terms and conditions are applicable to each of Deja Vu Design’s products and services. Please read them prior to making any purchase from us. |

Privacy Policy Deja Vu Designs agrees to keep private the name, address, phone number(s), e-mail address(es), and, if applicable, credit card details of all its customers and also agrees not to release them to any third party for any reason whatsoever except as required by law. Deja Vu Designs may retain e-mail addresses and home addresses only for promotional purposes but all other data including phone numbers and credit card details will be deleted once the order has been satisfactorily completed. Data submitted to Deja Vu Designs is kept in the strictest of confidence and is not released to anyone other than the operator who creates products with it. Deja Vu Designs respects your privacy and as such does not view your photos or videos while creating products other than for quality control purposes. |

DVD+R/DVD Player Compatibility Deja Vu Designs strongly recommends that you check with your DVD player's manufacturer to ensure that it can play DVD+R videos before ordering or attempting to play our products on it. We will not be responsible for damage to your DVD player for any reason, nor will we provide refunds solely due to your DVD player's incompatibility with our product. Note that this list consists of DVD players that are solely based on user reports and have not been specifically tested per se. |

Terms of Service Deja Vu Designs is committed to providing a 100% customer satisfaction. All final products are thoroughly tested before delivery. However, if you feel that you are not completely satisfied with our product, you may return the product to us within 10 days of receiving the shipment and we will refund your money. We will not reimburse Shipping & Handling charges nor will we provide refunds for compatibility issues. |

Quality Control Deja Vu Designs can provide very high quality DVD photo presentations; however, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any data submitted is acceptable quality for their requirements. In this respect, Deja Vu Designs can make no guarantees to the quality of the final product because of the variability of input data quality. In cases where quality of the input will compromise the final product, Deja Vu Designs will inform the customer prior to proceeding with the order. |

Duty of Care All materials submitted to Deja Vu Designs will be handled according to strict specifications to ensure their safety while in Deja Vu Design’s care; however, Deja Vu Designs will not accept responsibility for damage or loss of data on the media. In this respect, please do not send the only copy of your video source, digital video card, or photo to us. Deja Vu Designs will not be responsible for loss of photos in shipping or while in our possession for any reason. In the event of damage or loss of your video source or digital memory card while in our possession, Deja Vu Designs will replace your video source or digital memory card with a blank video source or digital memory card of similar quality. Lost or damaged photos cannot be recovered. In the event of damage or loss of your audio source in shipping or while in our possession, we will reimburse you for the damaged or lost audio source if possible (i.e., if it is commercially available). Deja Vu Designs will not accept responsibility for any damaged or lost audio source that cannot be replaced. |

Copyright Policy Deja Vu Designs does not accept any copyrighted material submitted to us. By submitting any material(s), including any tape, digital memory card, or audio recording to incorporate into a DVD slide show; you accept sole responsibility for the content of the original and resulting digital media. You also warrant that if the material on the tape is copyrighted, that you are the copyright holder and as a result agree to indemnify and hold Deja Vu Designs harmless from any suit demand, or claim made against the company by breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney’s fees incurred by Deja Vu Designs, in defending against such suit, demand, or claim. In particular, any audio recording that you wish to include in your DVD, you must submit the original CD or tape, or, alternatively, in the event Deja Vu Designs has legal copies of your desired audio recording, you do not need to submit the CD or tape, but rather must state that you legally own such a CD or tape recording. |

Refunds and Exchanges Deja Vu Designs reserves the right to provide refunds and exchanges at its own discretion. Exchanges will be given in the case of damaged media so long as the damage is brought to Deja Vu Design’s attention within 10 days of the sale of the product. Deja Vu Designs will not provide any refund or exchange for damaged media due to the customer’s negligence or misuse. Also, refunds will not be given on the basis of incompatible playback systems. |

Disclaimer of Warranties The content and materials available through Deja Vu Design’s site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Deja Vu Designs expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied. Deja Vu Designs makes no warranty that its site or services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, or that this site or server is free of viruses or other harmful components. |

Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall Deja Vu Designs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangibles. Deja Vu Designs is not liable for damages that result from an inability to use Deja Vu Design’s site or from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmission of data. |

Shipping The cost of packing and shipping your DVD(s) will be added to your order. If desired, you can insure your shipment at additional cost. |
